Vegfruitberry Delight (Non-Alcoholic)

1 apple (cored, peeled and diced)
1 cantelope (peeled and diced)
3 carrots (peeled and diced)
5 ozs freshly squeezed orange juice
18 - 20 raspberries (de-husked)
ice cubes
1 orange slice (to decorate)
Place the apple, cantelope and carrots in a blender and process to a pulp. Add orange juice and raspberries and process again. Strain through a sieve, pressing out all the juice with the back of a wooden spoon and discard pulp. Pour into ice-filled tumbler and serve with sliced orange.
