Scalloped Bologna

8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 large can creamed corn
1 tin evaporated milk
1 lb bologna, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in large baking dish or small roaster. (The ingredients may be mixed together or layered). Add enough water to just cover. Bake at 350°F until potatoes are tender. Serves 4 - 6.
