Pear and Pineapple Jam

3 cups pears, peeled and chopped fine
1 cup crushed pineaple, drained
1 tbsp finely grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 1/2 cups white sugar
1 pkg liquid Certo
Prepare as per directions on Certo pkg. Makes 4 - 500ml bottles.
