4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups cooked (cooled) cod fish
1 cup cheese, grated
Melt butter, add flour, salt & pepper. Add milk & cook until thick. Grease casserole dish & cover bottom with sauce, 1 layer of fish, 1 layer of cheese, & 1 layer of sauce. Continue until fish & sauce is used up. Bake for 1/2 hour in 325°F oven.
