Japanese Moose

2 beaten eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
Sauce:
3 tbsps soya sauce
3 tbsps water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinger
1/2 tsp salt
Cut your moose into strips, then dip your moose in flour. Then fry in butter til brown. Put your moose in a roaster and pour the sauce over it.Bake at 350 for 1 & 1/2 hours. (baste frequently)<br><br>Sauce:<br>Mix all ingredients together
