Newfoundland Hash

leftover salt beef, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
leftover turnip, diced
leftover carrots, diced
leftover potatoes, diced
leftover cabbage, diced
gravy
Fry salt pork in an iron frying pan (do not brown). Add onion and cook a little. Add leftover turnip and carrot, which have been sliced or cubed. Add gravy, amount depends on your liking. Add potatoes and cabbage.

This is a great way to use up leftover cooked dinner!
