Fish Stew

Total Time: Under an hour

1 1/2 lbs fresh fish fillets
1 large onion sliced
4 tbsps butter
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsps lime juice
2 tbsps bottled steak sauce
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sauté onion in butter in heavy skillet until soft. Add ketchup, lime juice, steak sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Bring sauce to a boil. Cut fish into chunks and arrange in sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
