Raspberry Tarts

2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
Raspberry jam
Filling :
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour. Divide evenly and press into 12 ungreased tart pans, or muffin cups. Place 1 tsp raspberry jam in each tart shell. For filling, cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and lemon juice. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spoon mixture into tart shells covering jam. Bake in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
