Diet Pineapple Muffins

1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup grated carrot
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup dates
3/4 cup raisins
Mix well. Bake in greased muffin pans for 20 minutes at 325°F. Makes 12 muffins.
