Grapefruit Salad

3 grapefruit
1/2 lb. {250g} shrimps
4 tbls. mayonnaise
3 scallions {chopped}
1/2 green pepper {chopped}
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground dill
1. Cut grapefruit in halves & remove flesh. Keep shells. Chop the flesh.<br>2. Peel & de-vein the shrimps. Chop into small bits.<br>3. Mix together the grapefruit, shrimps, mayo, scallions, green pepper, salt, pepper & dill.<br>4. Spoon into the grapefruit shells & chill.
