No Cook - No Sugar Raspberry Spread

2½ cups crushed raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
7 packets of powdered low-calorie sweeteners, to taste
1 box light fruit pectin crystals
Measure prepared fruit into a large bowl. Stir lemon juice, low-calorie sweeteners and fruit pectin crystals into fruit. Let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids. Store in freezer. If used within one week, spread may be stored in refrigerator. Makes 2¾ cups.
