Brown Sugar Tarts

Prep Time: Five Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

8 tart shells
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
Bake shells in 325°F oven for 10 min. Blend sugar, vanilla, butter and eggs. Pour into shells. Bake at 325°F for 8-10 min. or until puffed. Cool and serve or freeze for later.
