Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Total Time: More than 1 hour

3 lbs baby potatoes (red or white)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp coarse salt
Wash potatoes; cut in half or leave whole, depending on size. Toss in oil and seasoning. Place in roasting dish and bake at 350°F until tender (45 min. to 1 hr.).
