Cheesy Brussels Sprouts

2 lbs cooked brussels sprouts
Cheese sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
4 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour, pepper and mustard powder, then milk. Boil until thickened. Add cheese and pour over brussels sprouts.
