Low-Fat Strawberry Snowball Cake

1 cup of boiling water
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen no-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 angel food cake, cubed
1 pkg sugar free jelly, strawberry flavour
1/2 pkg of whole strawberry frozen (without syrup)
Cut up strawberries. Mix jelly into cup of boiling water, and add strawberries. Add 1 tub of topping. Mix until it turns pink. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Layer 1/3 cake, then 1/3 Cool Whip mixture. Repeat layers of 1/3 cake then 1/3 mixture until finished. Cool at least 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and ice with other container whipped topping.
