Snowballs

Total Time: Under an hour

1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup melted butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 can cream (well shaken)
1 tsp vanilla
cocoa (the more cocoa, the darker the snowballs)
Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge for 1/2 hour or so, to stiffen the mixture. Roll in balls and then roll in coconut. Makes around 45 snowballs.
