Homemade Salsa

6 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion
5 cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 - 1 jalepino pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 small cans of tomato juice 150ml / 5fl.oz
Using a small blender, blend all vegetables. Blend each vegetable individually. You will need to cut each vegetable into tablespoon size and then place in blender. Make sure you do not puree vegetables with exception of garlic which should be pureed. Add all vegetables into a large bowl. Add tomato juice, brown sugar, lemon/lime juice, salt. Stir ingredients together.
