Morning Smoothie

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, ripe
1/4 cup plain, unsweetened fat-free yogurt
Fat-free milk (to thin the smoothie, if needed)
Add all ingredients except milk to a blender and purée till smooth. If too thick, add a little milk and purée again. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
