Crab Cakes with Tartar Sauce

Crab Cakes:
1 3/4 cups crab meat, drained and flaked
1 cup bread crumbs (reserve 1/3 cup)
1/3 cup shallots, minced
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp savoury
Salt and pepper
Canola oil for frying
Tartar Sauce:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp green relish
1 tbsp chopped capers
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Mix all crab cakes ingredients except canola oil together and form patties. Coat patties in remaining bread crumbs. Saut� in canola oil until golden brown on each side (turn only once).

Mix all ingredients together for tartar sauce and chill for an hour.
