Orange Cheese Mousse

250g cream cheese
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
3 tsp unflavoured gelatin (softened in
1/4 cup cold water)
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Beat cream cheese and sugar until soft; add orange juice and zest. Gently heat softened gelatin until melted, then cool slightly and mix into the cheese mixture until everything is thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour mousse into moulds and refrigerate until set.
