Snappy Chicken

1 cup onion, sliced
12 chicken thighs, skinless, boneless
1 cup cranberry sauce, jellied
1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
Place onion in 5 quart slow cooker. Arrange chicken thighs over onion. Mix sauce, bouillon powder, vinegar, mustard and salt in a bowl. Spoon over chicken being sure to cover every piece. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, high for 3-4 hours.
