Italian Chicken Stew

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up
1 19 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup water
1/2 cup dry red wine
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Combine chicken, beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots in crock pot. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Mix well. Cover, cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
