Chicken Pita

Pita bread, sliced in half and open for filling
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup red pepper, diced
1 stick celery, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl. Lay a leaf of lettuce in the bottom of each pita. Fill with mix. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Makes 2 portions.
