Ham & Cheese Pockets

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 pkg ready-made bread dough (whole wheat)
2 cups low-fat, low-sodium smoked toupie ham, diced
2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut out six circles, each 5 inches in diameter. Cover half of each circle with a mixture of ham and cheese, fold in half and let rise for about 20 min. Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 min., until golden brown and cooked through.
