Pizza Nuggets with Tomato Sauce

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 pkg ready-made bread dough (whole wheat)
1 cup low-fat, low-sodium pepperoni and salami mix
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 small can low-sodium tomato paste
1/2 small can low-sodium tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano, dry
1/2 tsp basil, dry
1/4 tsp thyme, dry
1/8 tsp black pepper
Pinch of rosemary, dry
Mix the meats and cheeses into the dough. Roll out into a log shape and cut off 1-inch pieces. Let rise for 15 min., or until nearly double in size. Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 min., until golden brown and lightweight. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together and portion into individual dishes. Serve nuggets warm with dipping sauce.
