No-Cook Mousse

Total Time: More than 1 hour

1 cup strawberries, crushed
1 cup sugar
1 cup carton heavy cream, whipped
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream
Chopped almonds
Combine strawberries and sugar in large mixing bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture. Fold egg whites and salt into above mixture. Pour into 1 L dish and freeze until firm. To serve, spoon into individual serving dishes. Top with whipped cream and chopped almonds. Makes approximately 1 litre.
