Chocolate Almond Frosting

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

2 × 1 oz squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
1 teaspoon almond extract
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate with condensed milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes. Stir in almond extract, cool.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
