Partridgeberry Cottage Cheese Salad

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread
2 tsp horseradish
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch catyenne
3/4 cup cottage cheese
Place gelatin in custard cup. Add cold water. Let stand 2 minutes. Place custard cup in pan of boiling water until gelatin dissolves. Combine Pure Labrador LingonBerry (Partridgeberry) Spread and gelatin. Stir in other ingredients beating slightly to blend. Spoon into mould, which has been rinsed in cold water. Chill until form.
Remove mould and serve in lettuce cups.
