Beet Coleslaw

Dill Dressing:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Coleslaw:
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
2 cups cooked beets, diced
1 cup cottage cheese
Dill Dressing: Combine all ingredients in small bowl, set aside.
For the coleslaw, put all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well with dressing.
