Steak And Pepper Stir-Fry

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless steak
2 cup green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup{condensed}
1 tbsp soya sauce
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, heat 1/2 of oil. Fry beef until browned. Remove from skillet; set aside. In same skillet, heat remaining oil. Fry peppers, onion and garlic until tender crisp. Stir in soup and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Retun beef to skillet. heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
