Spinach and Crab Dip

1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup finely chopped spinach
15 oz crabmeat
Topping:
3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese ,grated
1 cup chopped green onion
Mix from the first ingredient to the last, pour into a suitable baking dish because this dish will be the serving dish as well. Top with grated cheese and onion and bake at 350°F for 30 mins. Serve hot or chill in fridge.

Note: you can use 1/2 tsp of garlic powder instead of minced or 2 tsp all ready minced garlic that you can buy at any grocery store.
