1 lb ground beef
1 lb mild Italian sausage, casings removed
1/4 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup bacon bits, minced
1 small onion, minced
1/2 Jalapeño pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Cheese slice, lettuce, tomato
Ciabatta slider buns
Thoroughly mix meats together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into little patties and fry to an internal temperature of 170°F (meat in centre should not be pink and juices should run clear). Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo and place on bun.
