Baked Breakfast Apples

2 medium apples
1/2 cup apple juice
2 Tbsp snipped, pitted whole dates
1 Tbsp seedless raspberry jam
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup low fat granola cereal
Chop the apples into bite-size pieces. Combine with dates and place into 2 individual casserole dishes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour half the apple juice over each. Bake at 350°F for 20 mins. When cooked add half Tbsp jame to each and half of the granola. Serve warm.
