Baked Brie in Phyllo

4 sheets frozen phyllo dough
1 Brie
1/2 cup Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
fresh fruit
Small baguette slices or crackers
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Brush each sheet of phyllo with melted butter and carefully stack one on top of each other. Trim stack into a 13" or 14" square. Trim off any wax or peel from outside of Brie, leaving edible rind intact. Position Brie in centre of phyllo, and brush top of Brie with melted butter. Top with Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread. Add chopped pecans.
Fold 1 4-ply stack phyllo over Brie, partridgeberry spread, and pecans. Repeat procedure with remaining sides until you have a phyllo package. Brush entire surface of package with melted butter and push corner edges inward to mold package into a round. Position phyllo, sheet side down, in centre of prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes, transfer to serving plate. Set aside for 5 minutes. Garnish edge of platter with slices of fresh fruit and sliced baguettes.
