Bacon Wrapped Jamaican Jerk Chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
4-6 slices of bacon
Jamaican Jerk spice
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat chicken in Jamaican Jerk spice then wrap in bacon and place on baking sheet. (I like to use the heavy duty tinfoil to make clean up a breeze.) Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned and crispy on the outside.
