Baked Cod

Prep Time: Fifteen Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

2 lbs fresh or frozen cod fillets
2 cups fresh or dry bread crumbs (adjust to taste)
6 tbsp melted butter
6 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
½-1 tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange fish in single layer in greased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients & sprinkle evenly over fillets. Bake 15 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with vegetables of your choice. Makes 8 servings.
Fish should be cooked 10 mins for every inch of fish.
