Cherry Tomatoes with Marinated Feta

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp grainy Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp basil, dried
Salt pepper
Feta block (drained crumbled), 4"x4"x1"
12 cherry tomatoes, tops pulp removed
Mix together vinegar, Dijon, garlic, basil, salt & pepper. Add cheese and marinate for one hour. Drain excess liquid. Stuff tomatoes with mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Serves 4.
