Stuffed Tomatoes

1/4 cup onion, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/4 tsp basil, dried
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 cup basmati rice, cooked
1/4 cup wild rice, cooked
4 tomatoes, tops and pulp removed
Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add garlic, herbs and pine nuts; sauté 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar and Worcestershire. Mix with rice and stuff tomatoes. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until filling is hot and skin starts to blister. Serves 4.
