Chicken Sauce For Pasta

2lbs boneless chicken breast
4 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 white onion,chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 medium can tomato paste
5 cups water
1/2 tsp sugar
Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces. Put the olive oil in large pot and seer chicken breasts in pot. Add onion, garlic, seasoning, water and sugar. Then add the tomato paste; add more water to make the thickness of the sauce as you like it. Bring to boil, then let simmer 45 minutes, stirring every so often. Serve with paste
