Grilled Asparagus with Prosciutto

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

2 stalks of asparagus
12 strips of prosciutto
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch salt pepper
Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove from water and drain well. Once the asparagus is dry, wrap each stalk with a piece of prosciutto. Brush all the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill asparagus until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is cooked through. Makes 3 servings.
