Sweet & Sour Moose balls

Total Time: Under an hour

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Add 1/2 cup water or milk
1/2 - 1 lb chunked boneless moose meat
1 455 ml bottle sweet sour sauce
oil for frying
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Dip moose chunks into milk or water then roll in flour mixture. Drop into hot oil. Drip dry access oil. Serve over steamed rice and top off with sweet & sour sauce.
