Kale Chips

1 bunch kale
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into chip-sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Spread kale in a single layer on lined pan. Mix oil and seasonings together and drizzle over kale pieces. Bake until the edges begin to brown, approximately 10-15 minutes.
