Italian Breaded Pork Chops

3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
4 bone-in pork chops
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley on a plate. Dip each pork chop in milk and then in breadcrumbs, flipping to coat both sides. Add oil to a hot frying pan and fry porkchops for a couple minutes on each side. Add to an oven-safe dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
