Blueberry Cheesecake

2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 large tub Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl mix the crumbs (reserving 2 tablespoons), butter and brown sugar together. Press into the bottom of a 9x12 glass dish. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Let cool. Using a mixer, blend the cream cheese, vanilla and lemon juice together. Fold in the Cool Whip. Add the blueberries, careful not to over mix. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Cool in fridge for at least an hour. Also freezes well.
