Baked Brie

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 small brie wheel, cut with a lattice design
1 tbsp pecans, chopped
1 tbsp craisins (dried cranberries)
1 tbsp leeks, small dice
1 tsp maple flakes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Pinch each of salt pepper
Aluminum foil
Mix all ingredients (except brie) in a resealable bag for transport.
To Prepare: Once the brie has been cut, place it in a double layer of foil. Add all the remaining ingredients to the top of the cheese and seal the foil in a tent-like shape over the brie. Place in a frying pan and nestle it into the fire. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is quite soft and nearly melted. Serve with your favourite crackers and/or deli meats.
Yield: 2-4 servings
