Peanut Butter S’mores Dip

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup dark (semi-sweet) chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts, chopped
1 tsp Chinese five spice
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 box graham crackers
Aluminum foil
Mix the first five ingredients together and place in a resealable bag. Measure out the marshallows and put them in another resealable bag.
To make: Line a frying pan with two layers of aluminum foil, letting about 8" overhang all around. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly in the lined pan. Top with marshmallows. Tent the foil over the top of the marshmallows and crimp to seal. Place the pan in the fire and nestle it down to create a little oven with the foil tent. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes. The mixture should be melted and the marshmallows gooey. Use graham crackers to scoop up the dip and enjoy!
Yield: 6-8 servings
