1 cup pine nuts, toasted and cooled
3 pkg fresh basil (all leaves, no stem)
4 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S-blade, until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend once more. Yield: 1 1/2 cups
