Grilled Corn w/Pesto Butter

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

6 ears of fresh corn
2 tbsp pesto
1 cup butter
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix everything except the corn together. Wrap each ear of corn in a piece of foil and place on the BBQ/grill to cook, turning it over about every five minutes, so that it cooks evenly. Once the corn starts to get some colour and char marks, unwrap it and place about a tablespoon of the pesto butter on the ear. Wrap it back up and place it on the grill for another 5 minutes. Remove it from the foil and serve hot, with more pesto butter if desired.
