Fruit Scones

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

31/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs beaten
1 cup raisins or currants
1 cup orange juice
Combine dry ingredients and to them cut in margarine.
Pour the orange juice over the raisins or currants and let sit for a few minuites .
Pour the juice and raisins or currants and the beaten eggs into the dry mixture, combine until it comes together in a ball. Roll out and cut in wedges, Bake in a 400 degree oven for 11 min until slightly browned.
