Shrimp and Scallop Linguini

1 lb dry linguini noodles
4 tbsp olive oil
1 whole garlic head, peeled and chopped
1 lb small scallops, uncooked
1 lb large shrimp, uncooked and peeled
1 can small clams, drained
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Cook linguini for approximately 6 min. in boiling water and put aside. In a large frying pan or wok, add olive oil and gently brown garlic. Remove garlic from pan. Put in scallops and shrimp, and gently cook until shrimp turns pink (approx. 4 min.). Drain linguini. Add clams, garlic and linguini to the pan, and toss with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with garlic bread or Italian bread dipped in olive oil.
